Evidence maturity
Evidence maturity differs by component. Evaluations used de-identified retrospective critical-care data where available, including fixed first-day windows. Intended-use, workflow, fairness-benefit, and clinical-utility endpoints remain reserved for prospective validation. Negative, mixed, and not-run findings are preserved. Component identities and method details are not published.
